The National Chief Iman Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu came under a lot of public scrutiny after he donated to the building of the National Cathedral.
Some people are of the thought that he made the wrong move since he did not believe in that religion hence had no business helping them build a Cathedral.
In reacting to all these backlash from critics his spokesperson Sheikh Imam Aremeyaw Shaibu has silenced all these critics.
In a recent interview he stated that the Chief Imam did no wrong in contributing to the building of a National Cathedral.
Adding that the Islamic worship does not prevent one from helping others build a temple to be used for the worship of God.
He stated that even though they belong to different religions they all worship God the Cathedral would be used for worshiping God thus there is nothing wrong with the Chief Imam’s gesture.
Some days back the Chief Imam donated an amount of Ghc50.000 to support in the building of a National Cathedral.
